What does women's gym mean?
Most of our facilities have a separate area were only women are allowed to work out. It is a small gym within the gym so to speak, only for our female members. Our women's gyms are a popular and much appreciated concept that we offer! Almost all of our gyms have them, with very few exceptions. You can use a filter when searching gyms on our website in order to see if your local gym has one or not. We have women's gym at all our gyms in Norway. Please note that the section is reserved for female members only and completely free from male members, but that male employees can access the women's section if needed.

What type of equipment do you offer at your gyms?
We offer a standardized set of equipment and machines on all of our facilities. Many gyms offer equipment and machines beyond the standard equipment, and this can vary depending on the size of the gym. You can of course also contact customer service at post@f24s.com if you have specific questions regarding a specific gym or questions about our gyms in general.

What type of lockers do you have?
We have lockers in different sizes both in the changing rooms and in the general gym area that is locked with padlocks. If you have forgotten to bring a padlock there are vending machines in most of our gyms that are owned by a company called Selecta that sells padlocks.

Do you offer Wi-Fi at your facilities?
All of our facilities offer free Wi-Fi. In order to log on to our network you will need to approve our terms of use. After you have selected our wifi your web browser will automatically open on your phone to a page where you scroll to the bottom in order to approve the terms and conditions, so have a little patience before clicking on. After this you are free to start using the Wi-Fi!

Opening hours
Our gyms are always open all hours of the day and all days of the week! We also have opening hours at some gyms during staffed periods, where our staff is available to answer questions or just chat with you about your workout. You can find the Opening hours on our website. Welcome!

Where can I find the emergency phone number?
The number can be found inside the entry area and also on the bulletin board on those facilities that has one of those. Some gyms also have digital screens with information and on those the number can also be found.

Please note that this number is for emergencies at the gym, like having locked your things in the locker or if there is flooding for example, only. If you need assistance with customer service matters, please contact customer service on our live chat or via email at post@f24s.com.

Can I bring my child to the gym and do you offer babysitting?
Since we are not staffed for large parts of the day and the entire night this places a great emphasis on personal responsibility for our members and because of this we have a strict requirement that all our members be 18 years of age at least. We place great value on the security on our facilities and because of this it is not allowed to bring children to our facilities. Since we also wish to offer you the best price possible we also do not offer babysitting.

Which music is played at the gym?
Playing music that everyone likes is a challenge but we do our best. The music we offer is based on popularity and surveys where our members have had their say.

Do you have saunas at your gyms?
No, we do not, not even in Finland. The reason is simple - we wish to offer you the best prices we possibly can and we want exercice to be affordable!

Can I use magnesium in the gym?
You can use liquid magnesium, though we ask you to try not to spill it since it can be difficult to clean. Block magnesium is not allowed to be used in our facilities.

What do you sell in the vending machines?
We have vending machines in our facilities where you can buy something to drink, padlocks, protein bars and other things. The machines are owned by a company called Selecta and they are the ones who decide what to sell in them.
